About

My name is Justine. I am a 34-year-old mother of five residing in Ohio. My children's ages range between three and 15. They are a handful, but they are my motivation to always be learning. I am a Development Manager for a cellular service company, overseeing 21 locations. My role is to consult business owners in generating efficiencies, strategies, and increased profit margins while delivering the best customer service. 

As far as tech goes, I am a novice and an ambitious coder. The extent of my experience ranges from coaching to prevent cyber attacks, blockchain development with solidity, and contributing to a GitHub repository working with HTML and JavaScript. All that I know, I have learned from free online resources. I enjoy learning and am excited to pursue a constantly evolving career. 

I am still determining which facet of Cyber Security I will seek once I achieve my BS in Data and Cyber Security. I want to determine if there is a bridge to be built between blockchain technology and cyber security. I hope to gain foundational knowledge within the information technology field from this course of study. Formal education on how hardware and software interact with each other excites me. I will be open-minded and eager to learn; however, I am determined to question concepts, seek improvements and bring growth to this industry and myself.

I am eager to gain and share knowledge of different programming languages in this journey and invite you to follow along. My goal will be to develop sound understanding, connect the vision, deliver relatable context, and build a community of ambitious coders, whether you are here to bring more security or creativity to the tech industry.
